TEST PRINCIPLE:

This reagent using purified viral nucleic acid(DNA/RNA) enrichment by magnetic beads.The sample is lysed under the action of the lysis solution and protease,and the nucleic acid is released.After the magnetic beads are added ,the nucielic acid is specifically adsorbed by the magnetic particles.Based on the principle of magnetic separation,the magnetic particles with the nuclei acid are separted from the liquid phase,and residual impurities and inhibition are removed by washing.Then the nucleic acid was eluted from the beads through elution.
