Inspection method:
1.Prepare the pre-packaged reagents:Take out the pre-packaged(96-well plate),mix them upside down several times to suspend the magnetic beads,carefully remove the plastic packaging,gently shake the well plate or reagent strip,so that the reagents and magnetic beads are concetrated on the well plate or at the bottom of the reagent stgrip.Tear off the aluminum foil sealing film carefully before use and avoid vibration of the orifice plate and prevent liquid from spilling.
2.Automated instrument extracting step:add 200ul sample to column#1/#7
3.Automate extraction according to the following procedures after sample loading

4.Place the plates and the magnetic rod's tip on the corresponding position in the instrument.After program setting,click "start" to run the program.The extraction process takes about 12 minutes
5.Collect DNA/RNA:Remove the 96-well plate and magnetic rod's tip.Transfer the cleared supematant of column 6/12 into a new tube and store at -20℃ or -80℃
